In addition, we aim to reduce carbon dioxide emissions through Mazda's multi- solution approach which has a mix of combustion engines as well as electrified powertrains. As part of the "Well-to-Wheel" initiative, Mazda has developed a multi-solution approach to reduce the overall CO2 output of its vehicle all around the world.

REDUCE THE CORPORATE
'WELL-TO-WHEEL' CO2 EMISSIONS TO 50%
Aim to reduce Mazda's corporate average well-to-wheel CO2 emissions to 50 percent of 2010 levels by 2030, with the launch of electric vehicles and other technologies relating to electric mobility in the region where clean energy is utilized for electricity generation.

CARBON NEUTRALITY
Reduce carbon dioxide emissions and achieve carbon neutrality throughout the lifetime of vehicle, starting from development to scrap. This commitment covers the entire supply chains within 2050.
MAZDA CO-PILOT
As a car manufacturer, Mazda is developing vehicles that are safe and prevent accidents in the event of an emergency, similar to having a second pilot in the car who can assist the driver by acting as his or her eyes and ears. When something goes wrong with the driver, the car's system will immediately take over driving.
